Casting Clinic: $195
Our one day clinic focuses on the
fundamentals of fly casting. It is designed for beginning
casters who want to get started the right way in a relaxed
atmosphere with patient instructors. The origins and history
of fly fishing along with terminology, knot tying and tackle
selection will also be covered. You will also master basic
casting and line handling techniques with the aid of video
analysis. |

One-Day
Saltwater School & Intermediate Casting Techniques
Clinic: $195
This
class is for anglers who are ready to take the next
step in their fly fishing education. It is an
introductions to saltwater fly fishing, the fastest
growing discipline in our sport plus a technique
clinic designed to improve your casting. We will
discuss the saltwater ecosystem, tides and currents,
saltwater knots and equipment. Techniques covered
will include: casting weighted line, shooting line
single and double hauls, quick casts, curve casts,
wind casts and fighting big fish. |

Two-Day
Introduction to Fly Fishing: $495
Our two-day clinic combines the
fundamentals of fly fishing with practical experience.
It is tailored for the person who wants a more
in-depth introduction to the sport. The first day is
comprised of our One-Day Basic Casting Clinic and also
covers stream ecology, fly selection, aquatic
entomology and more. You will spend Day II in a
private trout stream fishing for wild browns and
native brooks! The Scott V2 Fly Rod and Ross Flystart reel that you have
been using is yours to keep, retailing at $275! If
you choose not to take home the rod and reel, the cost
of the class is $375. |
